Greg Sienicki serves as the Air and Missile Defense department manager for AMS. In this role, he leads all programmatic and systems engineering and technical assistance support to the U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Fires and the Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Office.

Prior to joining AMS, Sienicki led these same efforts at Dynetics from 2008 to 2022. His team provided comprehensive support to the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Project Office across program management, systems engineering, systems testing, user assessments and logistics. He also served as a subject matter expert to government customers on Integrated Air and Missile Defense programmatic activities, actions and issue resolution.

Before Dynetics, Sienicki spent nearly 25 years at Lockheed Martin, where he began as a threat systems engineer and advanced to deputy program manager. During his tenure, he held leadership roles including Terminal High Altitude Area Defense launcher product manager and senior Lockheed Martin manager for the Lockheed Martin-Raytheon Team Innovation in Integration limited liability joint venture supporting Army air and missile defense efforts.

Sienicki earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
