Jonathan Hodges is the chief operating officer at AMS, where he oversees the company’s business operations, including human resources, security, information technology, facilities and communications. He leads the operational functions that support employees and customers while advancing the company’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.

Hodges brings more than 25 years of human resources and operational leadership experience to the organization. He joined AMS in 2022 as director of human resources, where he provided strategic HR leadership and guidance across talent acquisition, compensation and total rewards, employee relations, organizational design, workforce development, performance management and compliance before being promoted to chief operating officer.

Prior to joining AMS, Hodges served as HR director at Sigmatech, where he led human resources operations while also contributing to business development strategy, proposal development and contract transitions.

Earlier in his career, Hodges supported various defense agencies, providing leadership across human resources functions in managerial roles and building a strong foundation in personnel management, policy implementation and workforce operations.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
