Justin Owen is the Intelligence and Spectrum Dominance department manager for AMS. He provides strategic vision for the threat systems analysis, survivability, and test and evaluation simulator development enterprise, including radio frequency (RF) seeker and surface-to-air missile systems supporting the intelligence and Department of Defense communities.

Before joining AMS, Owen spent more than 10 years at Dynetics, serving as a department manager and subject matter expert. He led a diverse team of engineers and line managers, delivering multi-customer technical program management and business development support in RF and electronic warfare threat systems development, including all-digital simulation, low-power RF hardware-in-the-loop, and open architecture system development.

Owen earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama and is a member of the Association of Old Crows. He also serves on the AMS ESOP advisory committee.
