As human resources director, Leah Ann Williams leads AMS’ human resources organization, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and HR operations. She is responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies that support the company’s continued growth while fostering a culture centered on employee engagement, operational excellence and mission success.

Williams joined AMS in 2022 as a senior principal human resources specialist and was later promoted to assistant human resources director. She brings more than 20 years of experience supporting government contractors, including more than 18 years at Dynetics, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has led compensation strategy, HR technology implementation, policy development and regulatory compliance while supporting organizational growth and business transformation.

She currently serves as chair of the AMS ESOP Advisory Committee and has played a key role in the company’s performance management, compensation and benefits initiatives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
